It is clear that the GAFA (Google, Amazon, Facebook, Apple) and other various Web Giants such as Uber, Airbnb, and TripAdvisor are the most influential enterprises in the history of capitalism. These American companies are seen as some of the most powerful companies in the world.

But even the most powerful companies in the world have trouble working with their data. With millions and millions of data pouring in each day, these powerful Web Giants were in need of a single tool to organize, centralize, and valorize their data.

This tool has a name: a data catalog. Let’s see several examples that we do not present anymore.
